Stainless Steel Price Keeps Rising in Wuxi City
Chinese steel traders resume business successively on Feb.10, 2011 and uplifted quotation tentatively. Currently, base price of CR 304 stainless steel from Taiyuan Steel hovers in the range of CNY 27,000-27,200 per tonne, some even highly stands at CNY 27,500-27,700 per tonne.
As part of downstream users haven’t resumed business yet as well as heavy wait-and-see attitudes of them, the actual transaction in the market is limited.
During Spring Festival, a batch of products arrived in the market, thus, stainless steel stock in marketplace mounted up to some extent. Promoted by mighty nickel price rise, marketers think high on future market.
