    There are many kinds of stainless steel technology of surface treatment, such as electroplating, anode oxidation, sand 

blasting, painting, inactivation, acid pickling, oil removal, rust removal, etc. The most common and specific technology 

of stainless steel surface treatment as follows:

    1.  Stainless Steel Inactivation

    This is a very serious problem the process is recommended surface must be without iron. So the inactivation is used only

 for processing of stainless steel and stainless iron to prevent oxidation and corrosion.

    2. Stainless Steel Acid

    This process is to remove high temperature of welding, heat treatment or Oxide Coating on the surface of the stainless 

steel after hot working. Stainless steel acid process can be applied to all 200, 300, 400 series stainless steel surface 

treatment.

    3. Stainless Steel Cleaner Qil Removal

    Before any process, stainless steel must first remove the oil, cutting fluid, drawing compound and other lubricants, etc. 

then can carry out parts of stainless steel surface inactivation of or the final heat treatment.
