To extend its service life, Galvanized steel sheet is designed for corrosion resistance,which surface coated with a layer of metal zinc to prevent
 the steel sheet’s surface from corrosion.

As per the production and processing methods can be divided into the following categories:

1.Hot dipped galvanized steel sheet

Let the sheet into fusible zinc bath to make surface adhesion with a layer of zinc. Adopt to continuous galvanizing process mainly,it will form the 
galvanized steel sheet.

2.Alloy-galvanized steel sheet

This kind of steel sheet is also made by method of hot dip, after the slot,it will be  heated  about 500 ℃ immediately for making the generation of 
zinc and iron alloy membrane,so the sheet will be more sex and weldability.

3.Electro-zinc coated sheet

The sheet will be more good workability through the method of Electro-
zinc coated. But the coating is thinner, the corrosion resistance is less than the method of hot dipped galvanized sheet.
