SUS305 Stainless Steel Cold Heading Wires
Stainless steel cold heading wire is mainly used to make screws, bolts and other fasteners, usually more than 1.0 mm in diameter, often used in the manufacture of nuts, screws, washers, brackets, bolts, etc.
Stainless steel cold heading wire , mainly austenitic stainless steel, with low yield strength. Cold heading steel requires materials with low deformation resistance and good plasticity.

1) It is an annealing process, the annealing process is different, the structure of stainless steel is different, and different microstructures affect the cold forming properties of the material.
2) It is an alloy composition system of stainless steel, and different additive elements will affect the material properties of the material. For example, low carbon content reduces the strength of the material, and low yield strength is important for cold forming.
The 200Cu in the 200 series and the 304HC in the 300 series add the alloying element Cu to the 200 and 304, which improves the coldness of the material.
