Recently Jawaysteel produced the 1.4418 ss bar and seamless pipe, the high quality products have passed the 

SGS and Ultrasonic testing.

The mechanical property of 1.4418 ss material is similar to 17-4PH（SUS630，0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb）. 1.4418 ss material is a kind of European standard,  it is corresponding to 

the X4CrNIMol6 -5 –l in Germany standard and 0Cr16Ni5MoN in Chinese standard. 

It is a kind of martensite/ferritic stainless steel which has superior physical properties and ductility, good welding performance,

 it is widely used in the propeller and machine tool parts(shaft, bolts etc.).

 Its chemical composition is as below:

Mechanical properties: yield strength 700 mpa, or higher tensile strength of 900-1000 mpa, or higher elongation 14% or higher;Heat treatment: standardization in 1000 ℃, cooled in the air.And temperature 

control in 560-580 ℃, cooled in the air.7.7 g/cm3 density, thermal expansion coefficient:

20 a 100 ℃ 12.0.10-6 k - 1

20 a 300 ℃ 12.5.10-6 k - 1

20 a 500 ℃ 13.0.10-6 k – 1

The material also has outstanding performance in the seawater,  currently in international market 1.4418 ss material is frequent

ly used in the marine propeller and it is also widely used in military vessels.
