An introduction about ER50-6 welding wire
ER50-6 welding wire is a kind of low carbon steel wire which is welded by the method of MAG, its compressive strength and tensile strength can reach 420 MPa, this kind of wire is usually treated by drawing process, therefore, the surface is glossy and the weld porosity is small, in order to get high quality product, we must require the manufacturer to control the content of martensite and austenite strictly.
The diameter is often in the range of 0.1-10mm. the tolerance is often limited in the range of ± 0.01mm.
ER50-6 welding wire also has extensive application in the shipbuilding industry, vehicle industry, petroleum industry.
For the ER50-6 welding wire is welded by the method of MAG, the cost of working process is lower, the weld mechanical properties are qualified, which may cover more domestic market.
