A STM444 (UNS S44400) Ferritic stainless steel
Property: SUS444 (00Cr18Mo2) is an ultra-low carbon and nitrogen containing 18% chromium
and 2% molybdenum, high corrosion resistance of ferritic stainless steel. The steel commonly
used niobium or titanium stabilized, intergranular corrosion after welding can be avoided.
The steel is especially suitable for a variety of water treatment devices.
Application: The yield strength of 444 is equivalent to 1.5 times that of carbon
steel, fiberglass six times, for seismic resistance, snow, wind pressure resistance,
impact resistance and other excellent properties having outstanding. SUS444 ferriti
c stainless steel high thermal conductivity, chrome-nickel austenitic
stainless steel is about 130% to 150%, very suitable for the use of heat exchange.
Thermal expansion coefficient, the squad's only Olympic-chromium-nickel
stainless steel of 60% to 70%, very suitable heat up, shrink, there is used under
conditions of thermal cycling.
