Surface Characteristics and processing technology
1D- surface having a discontinuous particulate, also known as matte. Processing: hot + cold rolling + annealing + blasting pickling annealing and pickling.
2D- was slightly shiny silver-white. Processing: hot + cold rolling + annealing +blasting pickling annealing and pickling.
2B- silvery white and more than 2D surface gloss and good flatness. Processing: Hot Shot + annealing anneal and pickling Pick ,cold rolling temper rolling.
BA- excellent surface gloss, has a high reflectivity, as a mirror surface. Processing: Hot Shot + annealing anneal and pickling Pick cold rolling surface polishing temper rolling.
No.3- have good gloss, the surface was coarse grain. Processing: chemical or 2B to 2D polishing and temper rolling with 100-120 abrasive material (JIS R6002).
No.4- have good gloss, the surface was fine lines. Processing: chemical or 2B to 2D polishing and temper rolling with 150 to 180 abrasive material (JIS R6002).
Juju HL- silver gray hair streaks. Processing: 2B to 2D product or products for polishing the surface of a continuous grinding grain with the appropriate size of the abrasive material.
MIRRO- was mirror-state process: 2B to 2D goods or goods carried polishing to a mirror effect with the appropriate size of the abrasive material.
