    416 stainless steel is one of series free cutting material.We always exported 416 stainless steel bar to Brazil,Salvador,Israel etc.Customers imported 416 stainless steel bar usually for machining,as 416 ranks as highest machining among so many stainless steel grades.Its machining could reach 85% by its obvioud free machining ability.

 

    By adding more sulphur >0.15%,the 416 material could be more hard and crisp,and suitable for free cutting or machining.We have an regular custom from Israel who bought 416 stainless steel flat bar ASTM A582 416,size is 5x50x3000mm,quantity 5 tons,application is for valves.We did the heat treatment and air cooling on the flat bar in order to shape materials hardening and upgrade its machining.Till now we signed 5 regular and repeated orders with this star customer.
