307Ti stainless steel wire is mainly composed of 18Cr-8Ni-6Mn. It is an austenitic stainless steel welding wire used for welding. It has heat resistance and corrosion resistance. It requires titanium-containing stainless steel or iron-nickel-based alloy, or it is used for some difficult welding. Welding and surfacing of alloys, dissimilar steels.
ER307Ti has good crack resistance, especially improved resistance to intergranular corrosion. Since Ti is burnt in the welding, the Ti content must be increased in the matrix in order to ensure the corrosion resistance of the weld. However, Ti is an extremely oxidizable element.
The recovery rate is unstable in smelting, and it is easy to generate secondary oxidation during casting. The formation of TiN inclusions contaminates molten steel and causes great difficulty in the quality control of the rolled surface.
Casting process:
The steel bag mouth is clean, the steel is quickly tapped, and the air in the empty bag is discharged before the tapping. The tapping temperature is controlled at 1600-1620 degrees Celsius. The ladle is covered with heat preservation, Ar gas is stirred, so that the inclusions in the bag are fully floated, and the sedation time is greater than or equal to 10 Min; Ar gas protection casting, to prevent steel from absorbing N and secondary oxidation; using mullite cast tube brick, central brick, carbon-free protective slag casting, reducing foreign inclusions formed by molten steel scouring.
