On 24th of August 2017,we signed a contract with a buyer from Egypt,to supply AISI304 A2 Stainless Steel Wire,used to make screw,bolt etc.,with 27 tons qty and the sizes varied to be 3.43mm,4.31mm,5.18mm,7.01mm,2.74mm,3.10mm,3.3mm and 3.73mm.The request from customer on wire’s chemical composition and physical properity is serious and high,and the wire should be non-thread.Below is the scanning for the Contract.
Regarding the chemical composition,customer do ask to add 1.5% cooper into the wire in order to keep the wire soft and easy to be machined into screw,and with a good resistance ability.We fulfill that demand and made the wire rod with 1,5% cooper,please see below our MTC sample for the screw used 304 stainless steel wire.
Now the order had been finished,and customer came us and finalised their inspection,the result approved to be good as they expect.As the buyer is end customer,so they will buy and import more plenty qty of 304/A2 stainless steel wire from us in future.
