AISI 1.4310 stainless steel bar
Use of AISI 1.4310 stainless steel bar:
- the austenite basic steel is the most widely used;
- corrosion resistance and good heat resistance;
- low temperature strength and excellent mechanical properties;
- single-phase austenitic organization, no heat treatment hardening phenomenon (non-magnetic, use the temperature to 196 ℃ -- 800 ℃).
- tableware, kitchen, water heater, boiler, bathtub and welded pipe; -- auto parts, muffler, windshield wiper and die products;
- medical equipment, building materials, chemical equipment, agricultural appliances, ship parts and electronic products.
Characteristics and application of AISI 1.4310 stainless steel bar:
X12CrNi177 stainless steel, German DIN standard stainless steel.
The equivalent of 1Cr17Ni7 in China, SUS301 in Japan, NF z12cn17.07.
Chemical Composition:
carbon C: 0.08 ~ 0.14
silicon Si: no more than 1.50
manganese Mn: no more than 2.00
phosphorus P: no more than 0.045
sulfur S: no more than 0.030
Cr: 16.00 ~ 18.00
Mo: no more than 0.80
nickel Ni: 6.50 ~ 9.00
